Way back to 1991, a team of committed youths including professionals & trained change agents started their voyage by establishing partnership with disadvantaged and isolated population and delivering development services under the banner of MY-HEART.

The synergy, spirit and collective leadership has built around the very essence “learning by doing” and over the years MY-HEART excels as a resource agency to equip and fulfill the aspiration of the development partners towards building a desirable civil society in the state of Odisha, the emerald green of eastern India.

MY-HEART tries to convert stumbling blocks into steppingstones on the pathway of positive change which will have multiple impacts on the economically under privileged, and lead to a better life for themselves and their future generation. In the process, MY-HEART strives to address the key problems, priority needs of poor and weaker sections in the state of Odisha giving emphatic focus on women, adolescents, children, wage laborer, small and marginal farmers, schedule castes, schedule tribes and other disadvantaged groups.
