Donate wholeheartedly and help Tribal people
HEALTH & HIV/AIDS
From the inception, MY-HEART is implementing health projects for mother and child. Also MY-HEART implemented HIV Aids project for migrant labourers. MY-HEART is called one of the leading NGO working on health. We are conducted a lot of health projects like Community Health, RCH, V4 Sub Centre Project on maternal and child health, Urban Slum Health project, Adolescent health project, Hand washing project, Management of UPHC and Emergency Response to COVID-19 etc.
LIVELIHOOD
Though MY-HEART conducting a lot of health projects, it also undertaken few livelihood projects for rural women to enhance their income capacity for better livelihood.
EDUCATION
MY-HEART also undertaken few education activities for drop out children and adult working women in rural areas.
ENVIRONMENT
MY-HEART also time to time undertake plantation program in rural areas and do conduct seminar, workshop to address the environmental issues.
EMERGENCY RESPONSE
MY-HEART is very much concern to address the emergency issue to help the victims in emergency situation like national calamities, super cyclone, flood. In this situation we do invite the like minded NGOs to join hands to help the victims.
ROAD SAFETY
Road safety is a major challenge in our state. We work on road safety awareness, road crash victim support, road safety awareness training to students, observation of Road Safety Week & Month, Advocacy on road safety.
COVID 19 RESPONSE
In last two and half years we are involved and working on Hand washing awareness, Mask & Sanitizer distribution, Managing Covid Isolation Centre, Community interventions, etc.
Advocacy & Networking
Advocacy through WRA
MY-HEART do conduct and promote advocating activities to ensure and safeguard the human rights. MY-HEART as the state secretariat of WRA-Odisha for Safe Motherhood has conducted lot of evidence based advocating activities from grassroots level to state level like People Centered Advocacy, Media Advocacy and Policy Advocacy to address the women health right for Safe Motherhood. We do also conduct awareness on human right at grassroots level.
Network building on issues
As MY-HEART recognized by Govt. of India as Mother NGO, we do build network among the grassroot level NGOs. As a state secretariat of WRA-Odisha we do build network among all NGOs of Odisha to address the Maternal health issue around the state in support of UN agencies, Govt. of Odisha and other National and International agencies for the reduction of maternal death in the state of Odisha. MY-HEART is also the national executive body member of WRA-India rising voices at national level for safe motherhood.
